1. Acceptance of Terms

HafidWatch (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by an individual based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of hafidwatch.com and of every piece of content, feature, product, or service we offer (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, whether you read free content or subscribe to a paid plan. By completing a purchase or registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a subscription.

Our Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer are part of these Terms.

2. Description of Services

HafidWatch is an automated financial news platform covering cryptocurrency, macro, and global markets. We offer free and paid services:

Free Services

• News articles published at hafidwatch.com across categories (Crypto, Markets, Macro)
• The Hafid Brief, a free daily newsletter delivered by email at 7:30 AM ET
• Educational content in the /Learn section
• Posts on our distribution channels (Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram)

Paid Subscription Services

• Intelligence Report: a weekly sentiment analysis PDF delivered every Thursday
• Premium Alerts: market intelligence alerts delivered through a private Telegram channel (launching November 19, 2026)
• Sentiment API: a programmatic interface that returns sentiment data, including the proprietary Divergence Index (public launch October 28, 2026; trial access on request before that date)

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service. Section 5 explains what happens to a paid subscription if we discontinue the product it covers.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Prices for products that have not launched yet are the planned launch prices. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Taxes or fees charged by your country, your bank, or PayPal are not included. We may change prices at any time. A price change applies to new subscriptions, and to renewals only after the notice period in Section 13.

Early Access subscribers to the Intelligence Report keep their original rate for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption, regardless of later price changes.

If the price shown on a product page differs from this table, the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

4. Billing & Renewal

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly. They renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payments are processed only through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method every month. HafidWatch does not store and cannot see your card or bank account details. PayPal handles all payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for keeping your PayPal account and payment method valid. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access to the paid service until the payment goes through.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your PayPal account, by managing your recurring payments, or by writing to hafidwatch.news@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

Refunds

We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, or if a significant outage prevented delivery of your subscription, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We review each request individually and reply within 5 business days.

If we discontinue a paid product, we will cancel the affected subscriptions and refund the unused part of the current billing period.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund right that the consumer protection law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

6. Accounts & API Keys

Some paid services require an account at hafidwatch.com. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.

Sentiment API subscribers receive an API key. A key is for the subscriber who received it. Do not share it, publish it, or use it to exceed the request limit of your plan. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or key has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate an account or API key that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

7. Intellectual Property

Our content

The HafidWatch name, logo, website design, proprietary metrics (including the HafidWatch Score, the Divergence Index, and all alert types), and all original content belong to HafidWatch. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission. You may share links to our articles and quote short excerpts with credit to HafidWatch.

Subscriber use

Intelligence Report subscribers may use the delivered PDF for their own personal or internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of report contents is prohibited.

API use

Sentiment API subscribers may use the data returned by the API in their own products and systems, within the commercial use rights included in their plan. White-label arrangements are available only on the Enterprise plan.

Third-party content

Our articles are based on reporting published by third-party news outlets, and each article names the outlet it draws on. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. All copyrights, trademarks, and other rights in that content remain with their owners.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on HafidWatch infringes your copyright, write to hafidwatch.news@gmail.com with the URL of our page, the original work, and your contact details. We will review the complaint and remove or correct the content where appropriate.

8. Financial Disclaimer

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Cryptocurrency and financial markets involve significant risk. Prices are highly volatile, and past performance does not indicate future results. You may lose some or all of your capital.

HafidWatch is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial institution, or licensed financial professional in any jurisdiction. Our proprietary metrics and alerts (HafidWatch Score, Divergence Index, Premium Alerts) are analytical tools based on media sentiment analysis. They are not predictive indicators and must not be treated as such.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HafidWatch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content, data, or alerts provided through the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HafidWatch and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content, including errors made by AI systems or carried over from third-party sources
• Any financial decisions made on the basis of information provided by the Service
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to HafidWatch in the three (3) months before the claim.

Some countries do not allow certain exclusions or limits of liability. In those countries, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the extent the law permits, and nothing in these Terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

10. Affiliates & Advertising

Some content on HafidWatch contains affiliate links to third-party products and services, including Ledger, TradingView, and NordVPN. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

HafidWatch may also publish sponsored content, which is labeled as sponsored, and may display advertising served by third parties such as Google. Advertising networks choose the ads you see, and they may use cookies to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works and how to opt out.

Affiliate relationships, sponsors, and advertisers do not influence our news selection. An affiliate link, a sponsored placement, or an ad is not an endorsement of any investment product or financial decision. Any purchase you make from a third party is between you and that third party.

11. External Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services that we do not operate. We have no control over them and take no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. You follow external links at your own risk.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or our systems
• Scrape the website or use automated tools to extract its content without authorization, including to train or feed AI systems
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid content without permission
• Share your account or API key, or get around the request limits of your plan
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will announce material changes by email to registered users and subscribers and by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the revised Terms.

If a change materially affects your paid subscription, including a price change, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your next billing cycle. You can cancel before then under Section 5.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be decided by the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

If you are a consumer, this section does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or any right you have to bring a claim before the courts of that country.

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
