1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HafidWatch (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at hafidwatch.com, including any content, features, products, or services offered through the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, whether accessing free content or subscribing to a paid plan. By completing a purchase or registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Description of Services

HafidWatch is an automated financial news intelligence platform covering cryptocurrency, macro, and global markets. We offer both free and paid services:

Free Services

• Daily news articles published at hafidwatch.com across categories (Crypto, Markets, Macro)
• The Hafid Brief — a free daily newsletter delivered via email at 7:00 AM ET
• Educational content in the /Learn section
• Social media content across our distribution channels (Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram)

Paid Subscription Services

• Intelligence Report — a weekly sentiment analysis PDF delivered every Thursday
• Premium Alerts — real-time market intelligence alerts delivered via a private Telegram channel
• Sentiment API — a programmatic interface providing real-time sentiment data, including the proprietary Divergence Index

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the change takes effect. Early Access subscribers to the Intelligence Report retain their original rate permanently, regardless of future price changes.

4. Billing & Renewal

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. HafidWatch does not store or have access to your credit card or bank account details — all payment data is handled by PayPal under their terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account and payment method remain valid and current.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account by managing your recurring payments, or by contacting us at hafidwatch.news@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to your subscription until then.

Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, or if you experience a significant service outage that prevents delivery of your subscription, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days.

6. Account Registration

Certain paid services require you to create an account at hafidwatch.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

7. Intellectual Property

Our content

The HafidWatch name, logo, website design, proprietary metrics (including the HafidWatch Score, Divergence Index, and all alert signal types), and all original content are the intellectual property of HafidWatch. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Subscriber use

Intelligence Report subscribers may use the delivered PDF for their own personal or internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of report contents is prohibited.

API use

Sentiment API subscribers may use the data returned by the API in their own products and systems in accordance with the commercial use rights included in their plan. White-label arrangements are available exclusively on the Enterprise plan.

Third-party content

Our service aggregates and analyzes news from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights for such content remain with their respective owners.

8. Financial Disclaimer

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Cryptocurrency and financial markets involve significant risk. Prices are highly volatile and past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital.

HafidWatch is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial institution, or licensed financial professional in any jurisdiction. Our proprietary metrics (HafidWatch Score, Divergence Index, alert signals) are analytical tools based on media sentiment analysis — they are not predictive indicators and should not be treated as such.

Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HafidWatch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content, data, or signals provided through the Service.

In no event shall HafidWatch, its operator, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content
• Any financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to HafidWatch in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Some content on HafidWatch contains affiliate links to third-party products and services, including but not limited to Ledger, TradingView, and NordVPN. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial coverage or news selection. We only recommend products we consider genuinely relevant to our audience. Affiliate content is disclosed clearly where it appears.

11. External Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or our systems
• Scrape or use automated tools to extract content from the website without authorization
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid content without permission
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and subscribers, and by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a change materially affects your paid subscription, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
