2. Nature of Our Content
HafidWatch is an automated news platform run by one person. Our articles are written by AI models, based on reporting published by a small set of third-party news outlets. The operator reviews every article after it is published. No article is written, reviewed, or verified by a licensed financial professional. Because our articles are produced by automated systems from third-party reporting, they can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. An error in a source can carry over into our article. Check important facts against the original source before you rely on them. If you find an error, our Corrections Policy explains how to report it.
Some articles include a short analysis paragraph. It is commentary on the news, generated by AI. It is not a forecast and not a recommendation.
Some articles show price and market data for an asset. This data comes from third-party providers. It can be delayed or inaccurate, and it is not a quote you can trade on.
Our coverage reflects what is being reported in financial and crypto media. It does not reflect an opinion on the investment merit of any asset, project, protocol, or market.
3. Paid Products Are Not Trading Signals
Our paid products are analytical tools that describe media sentiment and narrative trends. They are not trading signals, buy or sell recommendations, or portfolio advice.
The weekly report covers sentiment analysis, narrative tracking, and media divergence data. It describes what the media is saying. It does not say what the market will do.
Alerts notify you when our systems detect a significant shift in media sentiment or narrative divergence. An alert flags a change in news coverage. It does not tell you what action to take, and alerts can be late, missed, or wrong.
The API returns structured sentiment data for programmatic use. The data reflects measured media sentiment at a point in time. It is raw analytical input, not an investment thesis.
If you use these products in a trading system or automated strategy, you do so at your own risk.
4. Proprietary Metrics
HafidWatch produces its own metrics, including the HafidWatch Score and the Divergence Index. They are calculated by automated analysis of articles from the news sources we monitor. They measure media coverage. They do not measure market fundamentals, technical indicators, or asset valuations.
The HafidWatch Score quantifies the overall sentiment of coverage around a topic or asset. The Divergence Index measures the gap between sentiment in mainstream financial media and sentiment in crypto-native media.
These metrics depend on the sources we monitor and on automated classification, and both have limits. A different set of sources or a different method would produce different numbers.
These metrics are not predictive indicators. A high or low score does not mean a price will move in any direction. Past patterns in these metrics do not guarantee future results.
5. Market Risk
Cryptocurrency, digital assets, and financial markets carry significant risk. Prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly. You may lose some or all of the money you invest.
Regulatory changes, market manipulation, technology failures, liquidity conditions, and macroeconomic events can cause sudden and severe price movements. No sentiment analysis tool can predict or prevent them.
Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
6. No Professional Relationship
HafidWatch is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax advisor, or licensed financial professional in any jurisdiction. Using the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional-client relationship between you and HafidWatch.
HafidWatch is operated from Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are not registered with or regulated by the SEC, FINRA, the FCA, ASIC, Argentina’s CNV, or any other financial regulatory authority. We do not provide personalized investment advice.
